NCH China now offers the Torrent 700, a high-performance, water-based parts cleaning system for maintenance workshops. Torrent 700 offers a fully integrated and enclosed, environmentally friendly solution to cleaning even the most difficult industrial parts.
The Torrent 700 joins the Torrent 500 unit in NCH China’s water-based parts cleaning range as one of the world’s best and most advanced parts cleaners.
-Safer and more efficient
Torrent 700 makes parts cleaning safer and more efficient thanks to the powerful water-based cleaning detergent for the Torrent range.
The Torrent range has long been known for removing one of the biggest dangers of parts cleaning: inhalation of and exposure to the toxic, dangerous vapor from petrochemical solvents. It does this with the addition of a safe-to-use, water-based detergent called STORM. By combining this with the fully enclosed design of the unit, preventing skin absorption or splashback, the system offers a powerful, efficient solution with zero harm.
Fluid can be reused for up to 6 months depending on the parts being cleaned, reducing the need for secondary cleaning with aerosols. Overall, Torrent 700 offers a safer and far more environmentally sound solution by reducing the generation of hazardous waste.
-Bigger parts
The unit is also larger than the Torrent 500 to allow for the cleaning of larger parts when compared with the small to medium size capacity of its predecessor. An increase in size was a common request from many industries that deal with larger parts that do not fit into standard parts cleaning stations.
Torrent 700 can accommodate parts up to 1020mm x 720mm x 500mm, up to a weight of 80kg. The unit works five times faster than automatic machines, with a variable cleaning pressure of 45bar or 652psi, and cleans where automatic machines cannot.
-Long term support
The Torrent 700 unit also benefits from NCH Asia Pacific’s comprehensive After Sales Service. All Torrent units are maintained and serviced, including repair and cleaning fluid management.
